How do I track my order?
The tracking of your parcel is online traceable. After your order is shipped out, a confirmation email with online tracking number and link will be sent to you. The tracking number will be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email.

What are your delivery options?
Regular mail- free shipping on all orders over $30 or more before tax
The customer has to request Express shipping.

How do I return an item?
Contact us via our RETURNS FORM to get a return authorization (return address) or exchange authorization within 7 days upon receipt of the product.

What is your return policy?
Items received unused, unwashed, not in damaged or worn condition will be eligible for refund within the return timeframe. Original packaging is required for all returns.
